Sir my problem is-
1. I don’t look for an opportunity, but I take trade anytime during the day.
2. Even if I take trade at proper time, then I don’t have the capacity to hold the trade for a substantial time.
3. I buy CE at market high and buy Put at market lows.

Okay I'll share my problems..thanks for this one ...
1- I have an strategy to trade in banknifty backtested on 1000 day chart works well
2- when I miss my setup trade any xyz reason after that I loss my control
3- when in 1st trade I made too little profit Nd next trade against me and made loss then I loss emotional control and place order in every move
4 - I made rules for my self and follow rules 6-7 days straight but 1 lossing day distroy my mental peace and next 10 trading session again I feel like quit .
5 - in short how to handle that day when I can't find a good trade ..किसी दिन मार्केट में मुझे अच्छा ट्रेड नही मिलता तब भी परेशां हो जाता हूं लगता है ऐसे ही दिन चले जाएंगे तो कब होगा , कैसे होगा

Problem in option buying is -
How to know the momentum will come at a specific price point?
Following and learning from your experience from last 1 year -- and hoping to learn from this series as well. Here are my problems when i trade in options and have made losses:
1. Patience - jaise hi loss hona start hota hai I panic
2. Probably entry sahi leta hun - but jaldi exit kar jata hun ye sochke ki kahin loss na ho jaye
3. momentum judging problem
4. galat strike price choose karna
5. Aajtak samajh nahi aya ki stop loss kitna hona chahiye - index ke 30-40 points matlab option ke bhi 20-30rs (fir wo zyada negative dekh ke loss book karleta hun - aur baad mei wo trade positive chala jata hai)

@@shrichikitshalya8850 agree with ur points, but here's what i feel on ur example --- stop loss index ke according agar 150 point ka le to option ka premium 100-120 ka, problem wahin hai ki itna duur ka loss dekhke I exit early and then sudden change in trend
1-If you start panicking with losses.. Reduce quantity to that extent where it doesn't affects you and still your win is meaningful..
2- Play with two things, risk reward ratios(means exit at particular target) or trailing sl.. at end of month , using your journal judge which method has been more profitable.. and also.. dont allow a 1;2 convert to a looser
3- To judge momentum experience is needed
4- each and every day.. is different from options perspective.. anyways try to trade options around 200 -300 premium on all days and around 120-180 on expiry
5- look for both charts( charts of options and index..) if stop loss is swing for index .. keep that stoploss as swing of that option price.. if you will be far out of the money.. premium will decay.. so trade close options.
You are the one of the most person who tell most expensive things about market and your journey

1. Overtrading
2. Profit ka moment me jaldi exit leta tha aur firse same shares le raha tha usme se chota mota profit leke bhi bahar aata tha aur kabhi kabhi loss me bhi jata tha.
3. Resistance ko nahi samaj pata tha, resistance k pass CE buy karke fastha tha aur immediate giravat aake loss hota tha.
4. Resistance ko breakout karte hi immediately CE buy leta tha aur correction hoke loss ho jata tha. Same thing support breakout me PE buy.
5. Patience nahi hai, kidar se bhi thoda bhi moment dikhe tho buy karne ka kheeda hai. Isliye sahi se stop loss aur proper profit ko target nahi kar paya tha.
6. Guess trade karta tha. Kabhi kabhi sahi bhi hota tha. Agar profit hua tho jaldi nikalta tha aur loss hua tho exit nahi leta tha.

Sir I have 2 problems
. If we made loss in first trade then what should be the approch for second trade (say loss is 2-3% of capital)
And while using small SL market gives multiple enteries as well
And In that case I end up giving 2-3 Back to back SL in same setup
Absolutely
No repeat trade unless one is sure about MOMENTUM in repeat trade on buy or sell side which can reduce or reverse your losses and make , shows one " s account into even 1 rupee green .
Once repeat trade is taken even if it reduces loss in 1st trade to some extent, one has to be fully satisfied and just close the computer .
After 1st or 2nd loss
If there is no momentum in 3rd trade means 99 % this will be REVENGE trade and will be loss trade and will 99 % erode and exhaust remaining capital .

Problems that I face are
1. Entry is mostly late
2. I put SL very tight many times my SL is hit and then target is achieved.
3. After such SL I have fear of taking another trade with same Setups but then regret not taking the trade.
4. I give up all my profits as you said I have to develop that discipline of taking profits home

Hi. Good to hear about you from beginning. I have started learning about stock market and options from last 1.5 months (i am beginners) and I have joined your "Art of Trading" channel very recently may be one month back. The way your explaining your strategies are phenomenal. When I started trading without learning and knowing the market during the initial trading hours, I had buy options blindly and that was succeed but later I have not executed the trades due to small loss, then I thought, I should learn properly then only execution will given me profit. Around 2 to 3 hrs I am spending on your videos to learning something special and I am proud to say I am learning lot more in just one month time, this will continue in coming future for few months. I have gone through your 9.20 and 2.20 strategy and subsequently I have analyse the past market and both strategies was working almost 70 to 75%. Anyway, I would like to say thank you to learn us free of cost. Whatever you are teaching to us, that I think, we will not get it even from paid services also. Thank you. Hello sir, Thanks a lot for this series. I am a beginner in Options. I have been learning options for past 3 months. So far I have managed to come out of market with equilibrium. I am now able to protect my capital. I make losses on the days whenthe market goes sideways because of premium decay. I have too questions to ask. 1. How to identify beforehand that the market is going to get sideways and avoid trading on that day. And 2. How to pick the right premium ( OTM/ATM/ITM) for trading for a particular trade in Banknifty.

My Problem: I trade only in stocks. Problem is End of month in Loss. Why in loss becuase of risk reward ratio is not favorable. I wait for minimum profit of 0.7 and then then if it comes down then i cut at 0.25 - 0.5 profit. So my average profit range would be 0.5 whereas my loss would be around 1 - 1.5% so net level i end up with loss even if my trade are 50% correct.

My problem is that I dont have the patience to hold my profits and I am scared that it would turn into loss. 8/10 times my chart analysis is right but still I will end up in loss because I dont know where to exit. Everything you said to be careful about while trading, I was doing exactly the opposite of that. hence, i have lost a good amount in trading. I am here to learn as a fresher.
Talking about my major problem/fear is that I am not confident about the entry price. Once the market stats falling after i enter, I panic and as I did not have had a discipline of setting SL, I faced huge losses.
Could you please help us teaching what all markets are we supposed to keep an eye on, and perfect entry exit.
We have a lot to learn from you but if you start with the basics, we would really appreciate.

Hi Sir, Very good initiative. Suggestion: Kindly design a complete Option buying course and number your videos serially so that it can be viewed by the new learners in a correct sequence. I face doubt in selecting the strike price / is there any connection with India vix
Please go with the sensibull option chain and click on setting , select delta, and select those strike price which has 0.40 to 0.55 delta
