Thank you for your demonstration!! Just purchased mine. It looks like a useful tool. Lidl and Ernesto did a terrible job with their “in box”instructions. They have to have a ton of these returned because of this. I do like that Lidl warranties all their hard goods for 3 yrs and they are awesome with honoring these when you do have a product failure!

Very useful utensil. I suspect that one needs to make or source from elsewhere a collection box having rails to slide the top two long sides onto. For now, the slots underneath on a rectangular dish or sandwich box do the job👌🏻

The julienne insert must definitely be used with the mandonlina one, I tried too without the first time but I can't work like a hand julienne grater. Also the blades start to bend if you use the julienne insert alone.

You need 2 pieces. The 2.one of the bigger cutter from 4:48
