There is no problem in any of the hardware. Actually, sometimes company didn't give dedicated driver software pre-installed. It works on generic driver software. So, when we are connected to Internet, drivers softwares are installed and works normally.
Honest opinion - if I'd have to pay 30-50k rupees on a laptop being from middle class this budget aint very low and I'd think thrice before purchasing from brands that dont have good reputation and less experience like brands like zebronics ,avita, infinix and some other
Smart thinking, if you are going to spend 50k better spend it on a well known brand even if the cheaper brands provide better specs at the same price. The service center, after sales service, hardware quality all matter and are included in the costs of branded laptops which might seem expensive for the price

You can spend 56000 to get asus s14 intel evo laptop, or go for hp 15s or lenovo ideapad these are very reputable brands with overall good features and the asus laptop is best in that range
Infinix laptop is better than zebronics and avita. Though still not preferable at 50k and above but very good till 40k range.
Absolutely correct. You can get laptops with higher battery life as well as faster SSDs during sale within the same price range.
The problem is not the hardware, nor the software(OS). The problem could be BIOS(Firmware). BIOS acts as a bridge between hardware and Software if there are no updates in firmware development or improvement the performance would be hampered

@@darshan5726 Actually it would Darshan, just a small example, Rakesh bhai shared a scenario where the fingerprint wouldn't work. This is the same scenario we have seen quite a number of times where a Tuesday patch cumulative update or any Windows update would fix it, but if you notice the driver related to the fingerprint reader would be embedded as an optional update as well which would fix the issue. Sometimes neither driver update nor windows update would fix it, if BIOS isn't configured properly so timely implementations and improvements are necessary in BIOS, and yes I am saying this based on my experience.

@@oxsourabh Other than AMI, Phoenix, IBM and others make BIOS. Also, I work for DELL we make our own BIOS, but its not about making, its about configuring it and keeping it optimized

It has U series processor so not good for heavy or medium tasks. It can be used for light tasks.
All the issues highlighted can be fixed with software update except hing which needs service centre visit.

dell too like no hdmi o/p and i updated the graphics driver and it started working companies should work on testing more
Sir I want to share my experience with flipkart . I had ordered a laptop named Acer one 14 for 30990 on 2nd November . App showed that laptop would be delivered in 9th November then date changed to 12 when I asked for it then the co. Said that it was because of operational issue when I called the delivery partner then it said that delivery would not be at door and said to take it from the centre . Please suggest me what to do?
This is the type of laptop that I probably would have went with before I got my own laptop. I didn't paid attention to after sales service back then. But for expensive products, it is very well recommended to go for reputed brands.

Bhai brightness vala issue driver k vajah se bhi aata hai agar driver properly install na ho to aur kai laptop m driver windows k updates k saath hi install hote hai
I got MSI Modern 14 with Ryzen 5 4500U at ₹38k in 2022 May. It had aluminium build like premium laptops and much better hinge quality, Nvme SSD (3GBps speed), USB C port with data transfer, HDMI.etc. Also I upgraded its RAM from 8 to 16GB by reaching their service centre (during warranty period). Have a remarkable APU, which can even run DOOM, WorldwarZ (1080p medium 30fps), Witcher 3, GTA V (1080p medium 30-45 fps).etc.
I think we should stick to Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, HP.etc until Zebronics works on it's hardware quality, especially hinge. I would avoid it just because its hinge is looose.

@@RahulKumar-tl9xg AMD's Ryzen 5 definitely better than Intel i3 series. I would recommend you to get same model with latest generation of chip, if are interested. Mine is still doing good, sturdy.

Always buy laptop according to your usage.. I have HP ProBook 440 G7 I5 12th gen with 16gb Ram 512gm SSD.. Fully satisfied with it. On full charge 4.5 hours with LAN connected running Cloud desktop and all. And brand value matters for Laptops.

In 2019 November i bought on iPhone but lost in last year in the same date of purchase. Now searching for upgrade but pehele jeisi 30k mein. Kuch atsah phone mil hii nehi raha. i have a hp 14s i3 11th gen .. had a heating issue but got solved within few days by in home repair technician under warranty , lil bit of issue in build quality other than that every thing is good .. more than 2.5yrs gone already

Hey if you've made your decision around these two brands then I would suggest go for lenovo but in my suggestion go for Asus Vivobook series it offers good specs also you can consider the MSI gf63 i5 with GTX 1650(dedicated GPU)it also comes arround that range since your brother is non techy but gf63 will provide a good graphics performance rather than the iris xe of Intel so if in future your brother wanna try some editing,the laptop would not disappoint for a surface level 👍

Is Zebronics a Chinese brand ? Yesab battery issues , aur weak hardware (like the flopping screen) can be expected from Chinese or duped brands generally

two things i noticed most of the reviewers dont bother much with is
1. Service Center
2. Hinge
without a good hinge a laptop won't make it beyond a year and half and people need to take care about it too

Guys, ek help chaiye... Mera laptop abh controllers ko connect hi nahi hota... Mera cosmic byte Ares 1 month phele connect hona band hogya, maine dusre laptop mai connect karke dekha toh it was working, fir abhi i bought Evofox Elite X and woh bhi same issue dekha Raha hai, when I connect the Evofox toh laptop mai woh as Cosmic Byte Ares read hora hai.
Kya karru kisi ko kuch pata hai? Maine bohot kuch try Kiya, driver uninstall kiye, saare USB ports mai daala, woh USB sleep wale settings bhi change kar diya but nothing is working.
