In 1989 l had the twin to that 65 Mustang but with a toploader. The kids down the street stole it from my driveway. Two weeks later my Insurance gave me $7500 for it and I bought a 42k mile, dark metallic green 65 Fastback from a Navy executive, after 20 yrs in storage. It had the original tires, hoses, belts and ignition wires....
For a car that’s 60 years old, it’s a really good shape. It almost looks like it might have a few new body panels. My first car was a 65 Mustang GT k-code 289 in Caspian Blue with matching blue interior. Who ever buys this one will really enjoy it.
This is another feel-good car. It wasn't made for running 12 second ET's at the drags, it was meant for cruising around town in style. This is a nice car, I think it'll sell pretty fast
Back in the 80s, my cousin's neighbor across the street had a red '65 (not as shiny as this one though) with the aluminum 5 slot wheels. Looked awesome.
Smith, Jr to Maple Motors: Good luck on this test drive, plus tickets go on sale for Trans-Siberian Orchestra: The Lost Christmas Eve rock opera concert coming to a city near you.
Those little guys did not need much power to be pretty quick. With not much work you got about 300 horsepower at the wheels with 2800 lb dang sure enough to give the passenger tha hold on face
This car won't be on your lot for long. For the price it's a steal. I am addicted to your videos and always waiting for the next video. Nice pricing
