Hi, are you in the USA? If yes it can only be purchased there if Thermomix sell it due to different plug voltages here and the warranty would not covered if bought in UK. I can’t see it on the USA site, so sadly it may not be available there yet. If you’re in the UK then I can help you with it. Many thanks Sara
