Also, I’d say 127dB is accurate for it as no way in hell this Thunderbolt is 118dB since it rattles everything like that. That’s about how loud it would be when it points away. 118dB is as loud as a XT22 which aren’t that loud at all
127 is only what it'd be on axis with the horn. Believe me when I say they're significantly louder on axis than on a 40 foot pole. I'm pretty sure OSHA actually has regulations where they shouldn't surpass 120 dB or something like that from the ground where lots of people will be walking, although I'm sure there are a few that break that.
