it's sad to see our future generation getting manupilated by this evil drug, the worse picture is that the algerian goverment dosen't know and dosen't understand what their dealing whith, thus the addiction to Class A drug need more then just 21days or once a month review to become drug free.
Algeria need a total radication in their criminal justice & health services, in order to provide a messured treatment and an early intervention.
