Interesting regarding 7:05 the thread of is a philosophy making your life better? If it’s not then is it worth pursuing? Surely there is bitter truth that might not necessarily make your life better? Funny how I’ve been reading an extreme example of this, Drum roll “Benatar’s the human predicament and if you have a pretty grounded physicalist view, yes it’s pessimistic but lots of seemingly true things described in there.
i’d like to hear more about qualia as a coherently wittgensteinian position (properly understood). re: behaviourism (properly understood) if anyone knows books about behaviourism a la ryle vs technical (meditation) language games that would also be helpful
