I just Found this video and i had to subscribe before I was half done!....Very good testing methods, wonderful presentation and honest review. (Because of the missing roller) Looking forward to more of your content!
Hello, I like your testing and comparisons they are very professional. From my experience, it would be better to operate the dryer while the two rubber lids are open letting the moisture getting out. I think you should test it again with this approach to see which is better/dryer.
Hi, I use CACL2 in a container inside my dryer. I tape the outside so the more moisture cant get in and I was running the filament through a tube from the drier to the extruder. It seems to work good especially the CACL2 granules. Just make sure there are no leaks in the system or it will just keep drawing more moisture in.
does it automatically shut down on it's own? Mine hasn't made it through a night without turning off and it didn't have a manual when I got it and can't find one online :(
For PLA any of tested dryers will work. I am currently using this one (Eryone) since it is one of the quietest. But exit of the filament is not good, it should be tangential and not almost 90°. I had some problems with CF filaments. Explained here (from 12:10) ua-cam.com/video/cQb-hbr1KYY/v-deo.html
Both are good, Easdry is better for drying, but Snail is quieter and easier to insert the filament. So if you don't print Nylon, go with snail. If you need to dry nylon too, go with Easdry.
favorite 3dp channel on yt!
Would love to see your take on a DIY dryer.

I will soon, modifying food dehydrator

The 2 rubbers on the top are when you open it, that it dont get scratched from the ground were the thermometer is.
So, they are not snail eyes 🐌 :-)
Seems like an ok filemen dryer, shame on the size. Thank you for the review.
Hi, can you do the Sunlu S1 PLUS?
Hello great video , which one would you recommend between this and the ebox Lite ?

Hi. Of all the dryers you tested, which would you recomend for PLA drying?

How hot should the area plug be
Do you have a link for the red Heat Gun ?
You mean red UNI-T thermal camera? I have a video about it a year ago
Eibos easdry or eryone snail?

@@MyTechFun I don't print nylon but I did go with the easdry because it was cheaper
I turn mine on then it turns off about 10decs later
Do vacuum bags really help to keep filament dry?
Yes. Resealable bags with silica gel are also good (but gel must be dry). With vacuum bags, you suck most of the air out, no air, no moisture.
Don’t buy! Within a few months the controller will die and all you have is an over priced plastic box!
