It’s a two way street with the rebate apps. How many people are out there scamming them, making multiple accounts, reselling items, submitting the same item to multiple apps when it’s a mfg coupon, etc. I can’t blame them for taking a minute to make sure a submission is legitimate or trying to track that people in a house aren’t loading up on offers.
They track with your IP address. I always use my cell data. I sign up on my phone and submit in store or in the car. Other apps are going to start doing this as well.
Same thing happened to me with aisle too. I had changed my number so just signed up again with the new number since I couldn't use the old number anymore. They said I got banned for multiple accounts. I explained my number change and they reinstated my account. I never got paid for my last rock star.
I have not been able to get paid for one of the social nature items I have done. I ended up returning both items. It is absolutely impossible to get them to respond to the situation.
Several ppl have hit me up with issues with aisle. I did the Justin deal yesterday, had issues too. I didn't get a text back after submitting my receipt. Same exact thing happened to me only thing is they said that I didn't qualify for it are something along those lines. I was like it exps 10/30, they was like it's good til 10/23. But def still didn't get it. So that's going back.
@@savewitheunice seems like that offer just popped up. The only other issue I had was the Rockstar. Other then that I haven't had any issues with Aisle. And I only have one acct.

...Aisle is text based right..So you wouldn't use Wifi to text..Maybe that is the case with social nature. And if it is the case, upload your receipt from your phone, and use a public wifi.
That doesn’t make any sense bc aisle uses your phone number to text and send money via PayPal or Venmo. We don’t use wifi or any IP address to log into our account. They’re just being shady. I will say this tho: if you use 2 separate phone numbers best to use different payment methods. If you use the same card to pay, they can find out.

I remember asking when I first started using if it’s ok Fr my hubby to get an account too, different phone number and different receipts and they said it was ok. I guess this is happening to some that have different numbers but same name or email address 🤷🏻♀️ idk, hopefully I don’t get banned! I love aisle offers!
