I'm using this Ecosport almost 4 years since new from the dealer, I have a comment and one question related with this video.Comment on 3rd tips, in my opinion in RED traffic lamp or traffic jam I would propose to put the gear on N (neutral) position other than on D position. If you select on D Moving position, it forcing the transmission to stop that could causing friction in the gears. Ecosport Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) system does not use oil for cooling.On the tips 4-5, when driving on up-hill or down-hill on what speed I can change the transmission from D to S, any speed limitation.Thank you,AJ in Indonesia

Hi, maybe you can help me with my EcoSport 2018 S-Sport Mode, my shift gear is on the side. So if I shift into sport mode it doesn’t show a display in my dashboard that I’m using my S-sport mode. I’m having a problem knowing when to shift up or down.

Hi... Im having an issue with rpm surging when car is in slope or at times in normal roads. It shows on display Transmission Malfunction. After some time the alarm goes off... Is this normal as i hv started experiencing this problem recently
so this is only true in ecosport 2018 but not in 2019?? i tried to start mine but the button on the shift lever is not working unless you start first the engine.

Hello Carlos, does the car consume more fuel when in sport mode than compared to drive mode?
Yes it does but thats the purpose of the s mode to give you more power for spirted driving
