Does the Radar Cruise Control and Forward early collision system work ok with the push bar going up? I'm installing mine tomorrow and was wondering if that would interfere with that radar sensor or not. Thanks for the tips and the view from underneath. I haven't seen any videos on installing this so it was helpful to at least see some points.
Got mine installed and it does interfere with the sensor. Mine is intermittent. I can use it some times without issue and then the other day all day it wasn't working and I had the warning icon illuminated on the dash indicating that the sensor wasn't working and that I needed to clean the sensor. I don't use radar CC that much anyway so not too upset that it has issues, I do like the early crash avoidance feature it provides, but at least I have it working some of the time. Will work on seeing what I can do to resolve.
Josh Josh thank you for your kind comment, I’ve been extremely busy with rental property and haven’t been out enjoying the truck, its also been up in the 90’s,, hopefully in the near future it will cool down a little bit and I can slow down and get out and enjoy the truck and the tent and make some more videos. @@davidsfamilyhobbiesadventu1956 I've got a 2016 tacoma limited, but I'm a getting a few goodies going for a little more traveling. I really like the winch, but it may have to wait a little. I've opted for arb lockers front and back, hopefully that keeps outta serious trouble. I'm building a mild overlander. Trying to keep the fuel milage decent, not add too much weight. I've also opted for 4.56 nitro gears. I may make a video in the near future. God Bless👍👍
