मैं बहुत छोटा था जब कालिया मूवी आई थी।। उस समय बिनाका गीतमाला आया करती थी और कालिया मूवी का सॉन्ग #तुम साथ हो जब अपने# टॉप पर था। 2 हफ्ते बाद ही रफी साहब का यह गीत बिनाका गीतमाला का टॉप गीत बन गया, जबकि यह मूवी का लास्ट सॉन्ग था और कहते हैं कि रफी साहब ने भी इस गाने को चलते-फिरते गा दिया था।

Usually the antara of a song is more beautiful than the mukhda, here the supporting character is singing so the composers have created it this way and also added some echo. Also notice how Rafi saab is singing without a lot of harkats and murkiyan for the same reason.
A similar song is there in old film Dosti (meri dosti mera pyaar) but there the protagonist sings the song and Rafi saab sings it completely differently with so much emotion.
Both are motivational songs....

The industry doesn't make music & films of this calibre & era (1950s 60s', 70s & 80s even the early to mid 1990s') because they are completely Westernized nowadays!!!! Now if you see an Indian film its more about sex appeal and things like that- women (heroines) in bikinis as oppose to saris & salwar Kameez.
