When looking for a COO, consider: - what do you actually need to fill in the company? Where are you weak? - what personal qualities do you want from that person? - what does that person want? Do they want to be COO? Or do they maybe want CEO at your company or another and you are just a stepping stone? Which may then bad actions wise, due to the subconscious level (14:44)
