Ikr, the contestants r gagged by the 2 reveals n stunts that r unexpected n just on the fucking point with the best timing while saphirra reveals n stunts r so lackluster, yet somehow so much ppl still dun see that way is like wow, r they blind?

Btw , I ran into a kinda docu-series about her, it’s in Taiwanese but it has English subtitles. I think the show is called Guess who, episode tittle , “my bestie”. It showcased how Nymphia’s career started in Taiwan and how her Mama Mimi became an integral part of it. It’s really good . She really is from a humble beginning , hence very relatable 🥰

@@edwardchen9619 Just a small correction.Taiwanese is not a dialect. It's an official language in law ( 國家語言發展法) also in policy.
@@a83ru83 Correct me if I'm wrong but is Taiwanese a dialect of the Hokkien/Minnan language? It's really distinctive from the Hokkien I speak (SG/Malaysian) but I do understand some when I've listened to it!

If I remember correctly, I think Nina Flowers from season 1 was also the only other finalist that won Miss Congeniality as well :)
I gasped! I wanted Nymphia to win but thought Sapphira had it in the bag. Such a happy surprise! 🥰 But honestly, any of the top 3 winning would have made me happy. They are all soooo good! This was such a great season. 👌😊 Thanks for sharing, Bodi! ❤

Honestly, it had been mind blowing that for many years the only other Asian queen that had won the crown in the U.S. was Raja, and that was all the way back in Season 3. It had been for the most part, either all Black / white queens winning in the U.S., except for Raja and Bianca del Rio. And now Nymphia. Unless I'm missing somebody. Kinda wild. Things started to shift with Sasha Colby. I'm not Asian (I'm Mexican) but I've been wishing for another Asian queen to win for over A DECADE! And every time one has gotten close, I've felt the rug has been pulled under me (Jujubee, Manila, etc.). Hugely disappointing those times. I'm so happy for all Asian queer people out there that follow this show.
