I just did a basement declutter in a frantic search for our elf on a shelf. I found my very nice earrings that my husband gave me on our wedding day. I thought I lost them out of my makeup bag on our honeymoon and we moved right after we came back. I found them in the box they came in!! I have been married for 11 years!!!
Your vacuum situation reminded me of my mom going through her stuff this past year and finding so many duplicates, like 5 candy thermometers, etc. My mom constantly tells me to shop her house before I go out and buy anything.
So glad you’re back!! I love that when you create a donate pile you load it up and get rid of it same day! I normally create a donate pile in my living room where things go to clutter that room 🤦🏻♀️.
I'm so glad you're back. I was really worried when 3 Mondays passed without videos. Don't stress about the cookies you're just replenishing your sugar after working extra hard. I'm really glad you're going to donate the new toys to toy drives. That's so nice!!
I have a very small attic. I am very selective on what I need and want to keep. I declutter every season. When I had new carpet installed in two of the bedroom's I had enough carpet left over and cleaned the attic flooring and used the carpet in the attic. It looks clean and nice to walk on. Just a suggestion if you even want to do this. You are doing great! Two thumbs up.
This was a great one. Sentimental is always the hardest to get rid of. I always try to remember that someone else will get much better use than I have, especially if it’s been boxed up and unused for years. 😊

So funny that you posted this video today because I was also cleaning out my storage area (my basement)! Only mine was all already decluttered items that I neglected to take to my local donation center 🙄 One car load down, one to go!

Or lately my kids come with me to target or Walmart, pick out blanks shirts in the color they want. Then I let them design their own shirts and we make ‘em!! That’s all they want to wear now
The cleaning tools turning into weapons 🤣 SAME. My 2 yr old daughter loves to help clean, but the kids broom turns into a sword by my 4 yr old son 🙈 I don't know how many times I've taken that thing away. It spent a few months in our basement too.

The weird spaceship thing is a tv antenna confirmed by my husband You can get rid of it safely, future visitors will not need it to go back to their planet.
