hey mate! i love this video! you have a new subscriber! how did you know what notes needed to play for the bass? would you suggest getting the key from the guitar sample and then playing the notes in that key?
hey, thank you mate! sorry for the late response. Yeah, totally, get the key thats the first step. then figure out the chords and start with the base notes of those chords. then play around with the notes of the key and try adding filler notes to make the whole thing more interesting, also use approaching notes like half & whole steps above/below the target note! Hope that helps!
