Losing a weight doesn't have anything to do with how fast she can run, how perfect her burpees need to be. Anyone who does exercise with consistency and keep up with their diet can lose their weight no matter how perfect or imperfect their exercises are as long as the momentum is enough to boost heart beat rate. and sister if you are reading this, you are actually badass for all those achievements you've acquired. Don't let these fools discourage you.

I agree, these judges are just perpetuating all the misconceptions people have about exercise and weight loss.
I agree that shredding 25 kgs in 6 months isn't impossible but u need to understand that it requires extensive workout which in turn will lead to stiff muscles and high endurance.
And clearly her fragile arms and feather legs haven't been through any of that.
i have lost 12 kgs in 1 month . yes i had quit sugar , rice , roti and junk food . 2 hours workout everyday with 1 hour of yoga . 3 hr per day . After having meal I took a walh outside , and before having meal i drank lots of water to eat less . My daily calorie intake was 600 cal . Also i did intermittent fasting of 16 hours .
And i suffered from no weakness .

To be honest I was 95 kg before my delivery and after 5 months I loosed 40 kg and still now I am 55 kg 🤗

I hardly ever comment on videos but am so surprised with ranvijay and harbhajan being from proper Sikh families got fixated on a hair cutting task with so much force and neha dhupia who is married in a Bedi family, again as Sikh as it gets and was like this 🙈🙈 infact the 4th person was quiet and these Sikhs were jumping up and down for haircuts.

weight loss or should I say FAT LOSS is different for everyone, but the faster you try to lose, you are losing the health of your liver and kidney as well it's bad for health, yes indeed it's possible but the cost is high as well. slow and steady is good which is like half a kg in a week or say 2-3 kg per month.
