I'll take PLEX videos. Especially for storage management. That camera does have a wide field of view. I have heard good things about MOKOSE 4K also.

Glad you are back. Long covid is definitely real... I had covid early this year and it honestly took me almost 4 months to feel fully normal, so take it slow. As a side comment, I'm really looking forward to the PLEX series.
