Hi Amit, Thank you for sharing knowledge. I have a small question on dependent picklist in flows. Is it possible to create a dependency between two picklist variables with in flow directly not using actual salesforce custom fields. Please confirm?

Is there any way to display customized errors in flow? Ideally its display ..contact your admin kind of error if flow breaks
Yes. You can use formula fields in flows to change the error message.

You can develop but for that you need to define somewhere what are the dependencies
