Hello friends! 😊👋 I hope you are well and I wish you a very wonderful and delicious day 🥰. Today I'm going to show you how to make a very simple and delicious cake. Quick and cheap recipe with simple ingredients. Delicious recipe for the whole family. The main thing is to cook with love!

Ingredients and preparation:
3 large eggs, room temperature.
pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2 cups (500 ml) of sugar.
170g of melted butter.
1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (250ml) 25%-35% cream.
zest of 1 orange.
1 spoon of baking powder.
3 cups (750 ml) flour
2 cups (500ml) of fresh blackberries
greased with butter and sprinkled with flour mold.
bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 50-60 minutes.
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
1/2 cup (125ml) water
boil for 3 minutes.
1 cup (250 ml) of cranberries
cook for 1 minute.
transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
leave for 15 minutes.
1/2 cup of sugar.
1 1/2 cups (375ml) powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
1 teaspoon of orange zest.
