Just Finished my H9 Sukhoi 3.1 06/02/12 flew it 06/03/12. It took about 38 hours "one guy" to assemble. It fly's nice, only needed a couple clicks of up to get it flying level.
Nice vid. My last years build was the Hangar 9 Sukhoi SU-26MM SE ARF and I powered it with the Evolution 80 w/Pitts muffler. Nice plane.. I only got about 15 flights on it so far, fly's like it's on rails. I pick-up the 3.1m this weekend from my LHS and I plan to power it with the DLE 170. I see you went with the 2 servos per a aileron and 1 per elevator thats my choice as well.
Gawd! Talk about havin' everything under the sun. I can't even walk around my 50cc YAK 55M in my little one bay unless the wings are off. I know, 'Do not covet thy neighbors Sukhoi', says the Lord Thy God.
That may be one of the softest landings I have ever seen. Bravo.
Great workshop. Great models. Great airfield.
DAMN!!!! what do u do for a living? I want your job!!!
Hell, wish I had a shop like that. I could build all of mine and fly the same day as well. Great job and a beautiful airplane, fellas!
Nice job guy's! & Awesome garage that is what I want my garage to look like by the time I'm that age.

Damn one bad ass machine right there. Textbook landing
That landing was seriously gentle.
Man I can't stand flying in circles I would have put it thru the paces some hovering funnels and crazy 3rd to determine it's a keeper
Good video guys... entertaining and especially liked the footage with the moon in the background. Exciting - thanks, Tbone
I watch this video like once a month motivates me to build my planes 😂
I would turn to night in this workshop. This is my natural habitat.
