That's really not true. The dev's are the reason mods have something to build off of. Without the devs, there would be no mods for Xenoverse 2.

Dude.. I feel like you have to the Ultra Instinct Goku Mod, or at least anything similar in those impossible parallel quests, along with that Jiren mod as well. That would just be too cool to see. Honestly I'd even like to see After DBS Goku and Vegeta action! All these newer mods are just insanely *monstrous!*

This is basically what happens when Jiren trains just like Goku and *then some.*
Like..
You just know the guy is gonna be way too OP for his own good if he actually trained as hard as em.' Because if Jiren got even a sliver of Ultra Instinct training, he'd just be a bit absurd. Actually, quite literally absurd if he already surpasses Gods of Destruction without it. If he had Ultra Instinct, he could one shot Beerus if he tried doing what he did against all the other G.o.D's LMFAOO
He would use the power glare move and damn near kill him, lets be real. It'd be reminiscent to how the clown just *glared away* stopped time.
I really wouldn't be surprised if he tried using Explosive Power Impact on an Angel, and it actually working on them somehow because he was *too fast.*
