Great info! Since I feed, raw and fresh foods, could you do a video on seasonal allergies and high histamine foods to stay away from? I had to switch to also raw goat milk and goat Colostrum. Just trying to choose good foods when seasonal allergies are higher. Thanks!

@@DrRuthRoberts I had gotten a fur test. Changed my dog's health immensely last year. Yes, we rotate every ingredient we get our hands on and follow a diet using cooing and neutral foods.

I have 2 golden retrievers about 85 lbs each . And I give them a tablespoon each of coconut oil on their licking mat once daily. My vets said, "That's fine. Just want to see what your thoughts are.

Nothing wrong with saturated fat. It’s vegetable oil that’s causes issue with arteries.

Some said the coconut oil cant choose between good and bad bacteria, and so it will hurt dog natural microbiome, what do you think?

I think coconut oil is wonderful, but wouldn’t recommend it for pets susceptible to pancreatitis. Other choices include grapeseed oil, avocado oil, olive oil, MCT oil, and the somewhat rare walnut oil.

    Seeds oil? Haha.

Mixed-up oils tend to trigger reactions. Safflower is the oil that you definitely want to stay away from because it is pro-inflammatory. On the other hand, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, and olive oil are good.

You may want to stay away from Linoleic Acid, all 3 oils that you put up have high content of it while coconut oil has none. This is why coconut oil is superior to all other oils. Another the thing is it is mainly in medium chains while all the others are having long chains.

Humans, yes. Dogs cannot digest a lot of fat & get pancreatis easily, dumb-dumb....
