Whilst I think it is great that Homesteaders old and new are helping each other and organise these meet-ups I totally agree with your sentiments regarding all the cameras/phones in each other’s faces. I do not like being filmed/photographed and also do not like large gatherings of people either socially or in Towns/Cities, especially now I am getting older and like to sit around drinking tea and watching people sitting around drinking coffee and putting the World to rights!

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. I wholeheartedly agree with the camera in the face at these meet ups. It would be nice if they had a meet up and no cameras. None. Just be yourself and be out of the public eye for three or four hours. When you spoke about restaurants, thoughg you and Jeff would go to Buffets. Ever since Covid, I have a whole different outlook on buffets. Wasn’t fond of them before. Just sit at a table and watch people go through one and that’s enough to make you turn and walk out the door. But for all your reasons about not going to a restaurant. It’s hard to believe you approve of a Buffet.

I care more about the interior design and layout stuff than a camera zooming down a trail but will see what you do with it. I visited a few hot springs, and Hot Springs Arkansas is one I wanted to go to, try the springs and drink the water, which is free from the tap there.
62° here this morning. Would the ebike steer tire fit in a C channel? If the steer tire is held upright and in place, the bikes won't fall over. I love gifting . It makes me happy 😊. I'm Excited for your exploration adventures to come. Have a Sweet Day✌🏼😊🐾🐾

I'm glad I didn't go to the meet-up . One couple was accusing someone from the meet-up stalking and damaged their property. Sounds like a court date. 😅

There is a guy named Adam who has a page on UA-cam called The Daily Woo, he travels to dead towns and wonders about telling the story of these places. He also goes to graveyards and reads headstones. He is a Disney fan, but not all his videos are about that, you'll just have to search. He too, has more than one page on UA-cam. He used to be in a traveling rock band. He will soon turn fifty.
I love those Arkansas homesteaders, but the meet up was too much for me, too loud. If you love the meetups, go. If not, that's your choice. I couldn't even watch the meet-up videos all the way through, except Tim's. He's a great narrator.
mornin Mike sounds like a good plan mite wanna put a chain through both tires & looped around the frame just to make sure 🤷♀️ (one long chain per bike) it really sucks that there are so many thieves in the world I've had mopeds stolen that had the steering locked & one of those combo locks wrapped around a metal 12 ft post go figure I guess where there's a will there's a way 🤬😡..... hope you have a great day my friend
