Winning is winning. Good teams win ugly, too. We are not a good team yet, but winning is a key to becoming good. Simply put: JD5 is impressive. He grew notably in the second game. And I love the way we are using BRob. Winning football teams run the ball. Lean on BRob. And run the ball down some throats.

I think the Malik Nabors miss and the Gano injury goes together. If Gano isn't injured, the Giants would have kicked at that point, if it were still tied. I am not saying the score would have been the same because if that injury didn't occur, the whole narrative changes for the game so you never know. I was trying to explain that to people on another game, those people didn't get it.

The last few years when we look at the Giants we see how bad they are and we, because we're optimistic and see all the potential on our side, think we're so much better. But the truth is we haven't been, and that was true yesterday. To be honest, I'm encouraged by our offence but our defense, including the defensive schemes, will see us torched against a good team like TB or Cincinnati. So yeah, the optimism plays like a broken record and maybe we're a little closer. Maybe we're better than a Giants team without a kicker coached by a lame duck HC sitting on the hot seat. Maybe, but the Giants out schemed our DC yesterday big time. Joe Witt never figured out that Neighbors should be double teamed! He saw single coverage most of the afternoon and they just kept throwing it to him. Why not! A team like SF would eat our lunch much like they did the DQ coached Cowboys in last years playoffs. Commanders coaching on the offensive side is way ahead of the defense coaching.

Caleb got sacked 7 times. These rookies are going to learn soon enough
Honestly, 3 those sacks were his fault. He could have easily thrown the ball away but chose not to. 2 of those were on the line. Look at the tape
