Here in the Philippines, this is one of the most popular quick service restaurant, since it is a Filipino food. I love Jollibee especially the chicken joy.
Step 1: Know how much MAXIMUM you're going to eat. Step 2: Plan out how much exercise (how much calorie burning) you can manage every day Step 3: Plan out how much you can fast. Step 4: Finally, plan out the MINIMUM of days to correspond with the above three steps. Put it all together, I'll do some math for this video. #1 Stonie eats 12k calories here, rounding up is good when counting here. Overestimating means you go a little bit more hungry, underestimating means you get fat. #2 Let's say Stonie can work off 5k calories at the gym per day. Michael Phelps is notorious for hitting 10k+ but you don't have to hit Olympic tier numbers, 5k is plenty. #3 Let's say Stonie can fast down to 1.5k calories in a day comfortably. It's only 1k calories away from the average adult male's maximum caloric intake. So this isn't a huge fast, but it will hurt when he's burning 4.5k calories. Hurt as in he'll be monstrously hungry (which works for these videos, he needs a big boi appetite). Then, lastly, #4. Put it all together and we have 1.5k 12k 1.5k (you need to fast before and after) which equals 15k. 3 days of 5k work outs yields 15k. And viola, you have a Stonie diet plan. As for how he eats so fast, I have no fucking clue. I've tried it myself and I just cannot perfect his "Somehow bite into food while chewing and swallowing" approach. It's goddamn bananas.
