A trio of antique dealers decide whether or not to make offers for people's possessions or allow the owners to take a risk at auction.

The challenge is how to get the best deal. Contestants meet the dealers who offer cash for an item. The seller must decide whether to accept the guaranteed money or risk fortune or failure in the auction room. Of course, placing one's trust in a positive auction outcome is a gamble in itself! Will they make the right choice?
Those lps looked nice. Some ordinary stuff, but if that King Crimson is first press it's £150/200 alone in nice condition, reissue pink rim £60/80. If those Sabbath records are Swirl labels, decent values too, later pressings not bad either. Everything looked well cared for.
LPs will always find their level at auction, plenty of collectors around for these as there's some really rare stuff there.
Certainly was if the whole box maintained that standard of quality.

I'd pay double that. Then again the family history connection is worth more, she should have kept them. I have all my Mum's vynil and some are first edition beatles records. I'd never sell them, too much history.

King Crimson was in the 60s as was the Pink Floyd, Band on the Run is very well known as is Quadrophenia. All very collectible.
If he had squeezed the dealer on the vase she would have gone to £550....
