- Judgment has been reserved in the ANC's case over the use of the
uMkhonto we Sizwe name and logo.
The governing party wants the Durban High Court to stop the MK Party
from using the name and logo linked to its former armed wing.
ANC spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri says uMkhonto we Sizwe is
part of the heritage of the ANC.

i doubt they are brainless, they are exercising their right to seek relief from the courts. Their case my not hold water due to the semantics of the law but me and you know that the name Umkhonto we Sizwe has always been associated with the ANC. You can go to the PAC i doubt that APLA is registered as a trademark. This is about the heritage of the ANC, it is more like robbing people of their history relying on that it is not registered legally.
