Hindi ako tlga maintidihan kung bakit nagtayo ng ganyan dyan sa bayan namin ang Aboitiz Land. Malamang maging abandonadong mga bahay yan in the future! 11M for a house and lot na dikit dikit or 20M for a beachfront house sa Calubcob! Pwede na ako bumili ng ilang ektaryang lupain sa mga katabing barangay gaya ng Buhay na Sapa, Nagsaulay, Quipot o Pulang Bato tapos pupunta na lang ako sa Aquatico or Blue Coral kung gusto magbeach! Besides, 2-3hrs na lang ang Laiya from Manila.

Hi, naintindihan ko ang point mo sir, tama nga naman pwede naman talaga bumili somewhere near sa mas mababang price pero meron din po kasi mga buyer na wala pong oras para tumutok sa pagpapagawa ng bahay, meron din pong walang knowledge at enough budget sa pagdevelop ng raw land or raw property, kadalasan naman gusto nila magbayad ng hulogan which is kadalasan kapag bibili ng raw land preference ng owner ang cash payment.
Ang buyers po kasi ni Seafront ay mga taong ayaw na ng hassle sa pagcheck ng documents or pagverify kung legit ang property dahil si Aboitiz na po ang gumawa nito. Ang buyers din ni Seafront prefer tumira sa isang gated village na merong 24/7 security.
Prefer din po nila na shared ang cost to maintain the whole property, kapag po kasi sarili natin pagmaintain ng isang malaking development mataas po ang magiging maintenance cost. Security, Clubhouse Maintenance, Landscaping, Grasscuting etc. And at the same time, iisipin pa nila ang mga kailangan irepair which is usually sa ganitong market busy na silang tao para magdagdag ng iisipin. Ang binibili ng client sa Seafront is peace of mind and hassle free purchase.
