HTEK UC924 Call Park Retrieve Issue 3CX

In this video I show you a bug in the HTEK phone that comes with its factory Settings. Specifically we came across this issue when trying to pickup a parked call on a 3cx using the HTEK UC924 phone.

Im having 2x UC924 on Yeaster Cloud PBX and they dont talk to each other or receive calls. In fact they dont register as extensions on the PBX. Will the same problem u outlined here contributing to my stress?
