This song appears in the mission "Sellers Street Auditorium", during interior exploration, near the stages.
It's a mix of ambient with slow 'Heavy Metal' riffs.
Made by Eric Brosius, the same person who did songs, music and ambient for Thief, Thief II, Thief Deadly Shadows, System Shock 2 and various more.
Ambient songs are generally longer with a more obvious 'loop' sound to it.

Absolutely love this one. I remember playing this map with my friends, i was the commander and going trough this map was pretty creepy and disturbing.
Soundtrack fitted so much. This puts me back....
