I know people commented that in a few episodes they do get married but for what they were going through at that moment I thought it was actually pretty good. I liked Chris's voice as it was just so pretty and then Darren's voice and I swear when they combine is just awesome. I just think they really did a really good job with the song and I also liked seeing the reference back to Dalton. And I think it is interesting Blane went back to that. Actually the verse in the song that is being sung as it shows Dalton "Used to be so easy living here with you. You were light and Breezy and I knew just what to do" fits. It also reminds me of the episode they had in season 5 where Blaine said even at that time when they were at Dalton like he was able to be the hero so to speak for Kurt. It seems like he goes back to Dalton if things seem to not to be as easy because for him that's his safe place with him and Kurt so to speak. Dalton was when they first became friends and even when they started going out and fell in love...so much so he proposed to Kurt there. So it's kind of like their little idealic place where maybe things can't touch them so to speak. A safe haven. Dating Dave: I understand why they had Blaine date someone. Kurt broke up with Blaine and when Kurt realized he still loved Blaine and wanted to be with him, of course Blaine is with someone else. That is just drama/soap 101. But why Blaine had to be with Dave I don't know. I am guessing because there was no other gay character to go to and to make it even more drama filled due to history, let's do Dave. I don't think Dave would ever or should have ever be an option but especially since all they had was the episode where unfortunately he tried to commit suicide and it did show him and Kurt maybe starting to slightly get along but then that was it. They should have had Dave in other episodes and maybe show that he's not the bully anymore so speak. Not to say that it would have been okay for Blaine to date him but it's like we never got any in between so we don't know how he turned out and all of a sudden dating Blaine. The audience never really got to get past Dave being a bully. Maybe some people never would have but you had the episode with him and Kurt and that was it so no one could really try to fathom that hey Dave might be a good guy after all. But regardless, whoever Blaine would have dated was a rebound pure and simple.
