*Rinchen Terdzo Day 29*
Kyabje Rinpoche spoke about the Terton named Sarban Chogmey, who hails from Paro.
He discovered the famous Jampal Dzogpa Chempo (Dzogchen Great Perfection Manjushiri) at Paro Taktshang, which was well-practiced and flourished in Tibet.
Rinpoche also noted the auspiciousness of the Mandala offering by the Paro Dzongkhag, led by Dasho Dzongda, coinciding with the bestowal of the empowerment discovered by a Terton from our country.
