For most of us, life is pretty hectic and chaotic throughout the week. So many things require so much of our energy.
And so a reset routine is absolutely essential to recover from the stress of the week and prepare mentally for the week to come.
I know that it’s a luxury to be able to take this time out for yourself, but if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or just stressed out lately, I hope this video acts as a reminder and as an inspiration to take out a day or even just a few hours for yourself.
