Idk if you know this but the game runner you played a while ago is coach coop person in vr in charge of shooting while the person with the controller is in charge of driving ( they do get a different camera angle) my friend who doesn’t play games that much liked it
P.S you have to pause it in the during play to change angle to chase wish more vr games did this especially since Sony is ready the only player in vr to do this ( maybe pc vr but I haven’t heard anything about it)
Games like Aces of thunder, ghost of tabor, undead citadel are really starting to take the piss with how long they are taking to release lol I REALLY HOPE HITMAN IS READY TO GO AT THE END OF MARCH AND IT RUNS WELL (Not holding my breathe tho)
PSVR 2 need more games, headset is ok, it is not as good quality like Quest 3 but main downside is just lack of games for PSVR2. Boneworks, Bonelabs, Blade abd Sorcery, Half Life Alyx etc
So Aces of thunder disappeared in the store just recently. I have it on my wishlist and it’s still there but if you go to VR games and scroll down it’s gone. No clue what that’s all about.
There is an option to have car collision in multiplayer. The reason why it isn't present in single-player is because you're racing against ghost data from other players.
Exocars might have issue getting through QA, its a bit of a shit game. The Ai doesnt respond to you and has no collision, just pre recorded routes. I tried it on quest and refunded. Im hyped for aces of thunder though old VR looks fun too.
This is absolutely NOT TRUE. There is no AI in the game. Your only opponents are other players, and there IS collision in simultaneous PVP racing. The misapprehension that there is no collision comes from the initial footage released that showed Asynchronous Multiplayer mode. In this mode, you are competing against ghost cars of other players' best run times. They are effectively recordings, and therefore it is obviously impossible to have collisions with them.
@twitcherthesingleplayergamecat Im talking about single player. Yes there is no Ai, the cars just run on a predetermined route, recordings as you say. So that is exactly what I mean maybe I should of said opponents instead of Ai. So there is no collision in that, only with PVP, which when I played had a limited player base. Not having Ai in single player and using recordings requires much less development and programming, and leaves the game to be dependant on a good PVP player base. I believe Joyway were the developer or at least the publisher for this game and they have a bit of a reputation for making half baked games then abandoning them. I really love racing games in VR, and there is a lack of them on Quest. I found Exo cars quite boring and quite lacking in single player, so I refunded it. But if you enjoy it then thats great.
@@linzkirk That's exactly what he was saying. There IS no traditional single player mode. You're either racing in multiplayer, where you can have collisions or not, or you're racing against other player's ghost data, which couldn't have collisions. I'm not sure how often different ghost data is downloaded by the game, but theoretically it should change fairly often, maybe even every race. And Joyway was the publisher, the developer was XOCUS.
@@GreyMatterShades Yea thats my point exactly, single player is lacking, as you are just racing recordings and there is no collision or anyway the opponents effect your race. its basically a time trial with recordings of other players. Good to know Joyway is not the actual developer.
Great vid but I don't see Aces happening anytime soon. I'll even go further and say that I believe it's been cancelled. Sorry to feel that way but the limited pushing by Sony for this game just gives me false hope. The devs on Facebook rarely post anything and when they do its not much. The only time you see anything from Aces is on their official channel. Not once has Sony posted anything about the game on their own channel except one time and that was over 2 years ago.
@@Jammyhero They as in the Aces devs. Where's Sony in all of this. Your proving my point. Obviously, I hope I'm wrong but the way Sony has treated this game. They act like it doesn't exist.
@socialdestruct5414 i’m a little confused😅 Aces of Thunder isn’t a Sony game, it’s by Gaijin who are also releasing it on steam. Sony have been a little quiet with trailer distribution but I think it’s up to the developer to submit their trailers to Sony, not the other way around
@@Jammyhero In over 2 years Sony has done zero to hype this. Don't care if it's a Sony game or not. They have done nothing. Zero to push this game. For the most part any game that's been released on VR2 has had a blog post, and/or videos uploaded to Sony's own channel. Again, this is the game I've been looking forward to since VR2 was released. I want it out more than anyone but the zero hype from Sony doesn't do it any favors.
That's just Sony, dude. They're fucking useless at promoting themselves these days! They barely even talk about VR, and even their first party support for flatscreen games has been abysmal these last few years. Trust me, Aces is still coming.
Any chance of Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate?
that’s also a possibility!
There are review keys out already. So it's finally a realistic possibility 😂

I wouldn’t get too excited about obsessive shadow as I played it on my Q3 this morning and deleted it after 10 mins. 😩
Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it, I appreciate the feedback tho! I will admit the demo needs a major update, I hope you enjoy the full release :)
Wow thanks
@@expodevI’m excited for it man! I’m a huge analog horror fan and just to feel like I’m in one of those worlds would be cool.
@@TheProfoundBeanthank you so much!
February is the "kingdom come deliverance 2" month for me. So, I'm glad there aren't any big VR games released at the same time.
You failed to mention that February 22nd is the 2nd anniversary and most likely will have some announcement
that’s a good point! we’ll see what happens :)
Perhaps we get a Wanderer shadow drop on that day to celebrate.
Ahhh Exocars and Aces of thunder bring it on
Aces of thunder

Given up on exocars, another vapourware game. Wont beleive we will get it till I see it on sale.

Would ancient dungeon multiplayer be cross platform?
@@GTNover Yes. This has been confirmed.
But not at multiplayer launch it's still in the works
@shadewalker according to chatgpt, which could be wrong, it will be available once the multiplayer update for psvr2 hits

It happens. It is *often* a sign that the game has passed QA and is about to be released ... but there's absolutely no guarantee.
@ figures crossed 🤞
Exocars is laughably bad. No collision with other cars on a racing game is a big deal breaker

I have no hope for Ghosts of Tabor at this point - it's so annoying.

I wouldn’t say Aces is cancelled, they uploaded the WW1 trailer very recently and do teasers every month.
