Haven't seen many of these in 25 years! What memories! And I don't think we really appreciated the real genius of some of these, we just thought they were fun!
The Joe Normal shorts were kinda made by the same people who made the Life with Loopy cartoons on KaBlam(a kid friendly version of Liquid TV)a show on Nickelodeon,the sister network of MTV

I am 47 years old and remember watching this as a freshman in high school in the early 90's. I remember there was a cartoon about a guy that had a lawnmower blade stuck in his head and he had this little alien looking sidekick. I can't find clips of that anywhere!
I love Brad Dharma: Psychedelic Detective, it should have been made into an ongoing series "And you're bean sprouts will live happily ever after." "Oh great, what are gonna do, beat us up or something?" "Yes. Comics code, I've got orders. I punched out there leader for no particular reason, before taking on the other two. Before I could pull myself together, there leader made a break for it. I decided to give him another shot at reincarnation... have a nice trip."

Awww, I was hoping to find this one cartoon that took place in a trailer park. these kids stole the bricks from a trailer to cook a chicken, and the trailer gets loose and at the end the guy inside the trailer wakes up next to a corpse of and his wife shoots him for cheating.
