Just replaced all of my ignition coils and spark plugs after getting a series of misfires. If you don't know when those were last changed then it's probably best to replace those. If you don't want to drop the money now, then you could swap the coils from one side of the engine over to the other side and see if your misfires start showing on cylinders 4-6 instead of 1-3. Most times when misfire occur it's due to faulty coils under load. It's suspect that they are only happening on one side of engine. You could also try a fuel pressure test but I am suspecting it comes back normal if you are not getting misfires on the other side of the engine.

A ton of aftermarket options exist. RSS, Tarett, Elephant racing. This looks like a great option, but many options do exist.
