Ang pagkawala mo ay isang malaking dagok sa mga minority ng mga Pilipino na kagaya mo din mag-isip at hindi "sawsaw suka" at sabay sa uso na karaniwan. The very problem of the society we live in for so many years. I've watched the Word of the Lourd yesterday on Piesta ng Nazareno and there is that part there where some atheists are saying something. And then this one guy came up holding a Sto. Nino statue saying (or should I say demanding...) dapat irespeto ang paniniwala ng mga tao. Sooo....they are demanding respect, which is kinda idiotic since we all know Philippines is a Catholic country. Do Catholics even respect ang paniniwala ng iba? Sabi nga ni CC nagkaroon siya ng Death Threats pagkatapos ng ginawa niya. And ang malupit pa dun malamang sa hindi, butt-hurt na religious fanatic na Katoliko ang mga gumawa nun. So where is the respect in that? Is that what even the holy book teaches you to do? Kung ganun nga e di kaya oras na para mag-isip-isip tayo? He might be one of the descendants of the Spanish explorers in the Philippines, so being regarded as such there is somewhat an air that we adhere to just like what I feel, when I go around meeting people, maybe because of the lingering pride. But don't take it the wrong way, it's long past now and we may sit or walk or stand a little bit differently because of our pride, but we care so much of our countrymen that it bleeds our hearts knowing that most of us are in dire poverty, but there is a reason for it, but the explanation will be on a different topic.
