Paul & Mrs C. Great vlog, been there many time, the beach huts are amazing. A few years ago there was a lovely sand dune, now washed away. Such a lovely place.
Spent many many happy holidays with our children on Wells Beach over the last 20 years or more & have photographed those beach huts more times than I can remember. In recent times some of the huts have changed hands for in excess of £50,000!!! The walk along the beach to Holkham is beautiful as is the walk back to Wells Beach Cafe through the pinewoods. Lots of really interesting trees make for some fabulous photographic subjects.
Wish I lived much nearer those huts but their are some in Lytham that are easy enough for me to get to. Great video Paul and I’ve used that Backpack Cover Tip quite a few times since I first heard you mention it, common sense really but it’s the simple things we forget
yet another great vlog .Nice to meet you in wells but it got too busy to stop (as you know) .Love the pano's . Where next .? i coudnt guess LOL this time. Stay safe .
Another very interesting vid. from you and the Mrs. when you put Mrs. C shots up can you do the same and add her details iso, shutter speed and aperture Thanks
I have never seen so many beach huts, I think you was spoilt for choice my favourite one was the first bright yellow one you photographed, getting rid of the bits around the edges can be done by straightening the verticals in tools and a bit of cloning! Tell Denise not to worry about the hair, my wife just calls it simply holiday hair! I have not got any so it's not a problem. Hope you enjoyed your Carrott cake and coffee at the end of the shoot! Well done and we'll photographed. Enjoy the rest of your break.
All the shots work, pity about the trees in the pano; did you start at one end and work to the other? If its going to be a long one its better to start in the middle, leave extra room for cropping, and work outwards twice. I've done exactly the same myself and lost the middle top. I've never been to Wells. I'll make the effort if I'm ever down in Norfolk again. A bit like Tobermory harbour front. Mrs C, its surfer hair. All the rage in Cornwall.
Super images from you and Mrs C. The yellow beach hut was my personal favourite. Looks like you spent quite a lot of time improving the images in post production Paul but it certainly makes a lot of difference and therefore well worth the effort. Well done mate 📷👍
Hi Paul, very nice and colorful video that you made. I have a question. what is that red device that i always see hanging on your backpack? Greetings from Germany😉🙋♂
@@paulcomptonpdphotography All they are is a glorified garden shed. Like campervans & caravanettes are glorified Transit vans more precisely work vans 🤣
I love the grey skies.
Worked out OK 👍
So many really nice images of the beach huts, they certainly make for a nice subject , also like your improvised tripod extender !

What a great location. As a disabled photographer I may have problems with access though. I really enjoyed the before and after shots.
