After a hundred seconds, Curse + Armed and Expert would give you the highest DMG scores. But Warmonger only needs 8 stacks (4 seconds) to unleash its full power (slighty lower than Curse + Armed). So the best, constistent artefact combination is: Warmonger and Expert

Question: we have now 2 sets, the beast and the summer thingy set that do the same thing. Do they share same cooldown? Because if not it may be useful to use 2 pieces each for less cooldown and for multihitters on crits.
From what I understand Attack scales with the Attack Stat. Where as Damage Increase adds onto however your character is doing damage. So for instance if your character’s damage scales with HP, Damage Increase adds onto that number.

When you land an attack, the number got huge and got crit icon on the other hand if you land no crit , it will have flat number

Yup they do the same thing but you can't mix them together. Its better to use lvl 75 Expert

Difference Between Attack and Damage?
does precision or any other stats play any role in manipulating those stats?
From what I understand Attack scales with the Attack Stat. Where as Damage Increase adds onto however your character is doing damage. So for instance if your character’s damage scales with HP, Damage Increase adds onto that number.
Precision raise the floor of your damage, so if your base Atk hits for 10, when you raise precision, it will hit for 12.
