Interesting cops like Johnson, Shiesty and Carmine always getting fired, but robo cops stay hired lol.
It's because cops like slacks and Ruth want every other cop to RP Police the exact same way they RP their own characters, it's crazy how often they shit on other cops for their RP.

They fire people for the most minor of stuff but when people are straight causing wars because of their fuckups they don't even get disciplined. Its about who you know and who you are not about how good your RP is.
I don't get it, every cop that the crims/civs actually like dealing with and that creates a bunch of RP gets either demoted,suspended,daped or fired. I do get that some daps etc. make sense but why is it that the cops that actually RP and show understanding for the other side are always the ones who suffer consequences.
Because the captains want serious cops that go strictly by the book. Even Slacks gets shit when he does something slightly silly by the other captains.
It's so strange because last year they wanted characters, now they want to get rid of them.
When K was watching the hobby horse stuff and asked if it was a highlight reel had me dead hahah.
