As a rhythm gamer, there’s not really much going on on screen, you just kinda have to pick what’s important and what’s not. Make a decision quick and don’t second guess anything, or just press buttons if you tend to overthink a lot, works the same (not entirely randomly though, as that will fail a lot of the time. Trust me, there is a very noticeable difference between just skimming over stuff and half-guessing, and just button mashing. One is significantly better than the other). Keep playing and you’ll get used to it eventually.
@@Twenteen2 it’s not impossible to react at that speed, just avoid overthinking it (heck, my timing windows for each note in the rhythm game I play are 0.25 sec and occasionally 0.15 sec). You know those “I just clicked buttons and it somehow worked” moments? Yeah, gonna have to get used to that if you’re planning on playing fast paced games that force you to make many split-second decisions. I mean sure, planning strategies is important, but when you’ve basically got 0 time to analyse because you’re constantly getting a new obstacle, just throw everything else out the window and click buttons.
@@elisabethsun7059 wasn't my point, think it's safe to say the guy was asking how did he go flying rather than how did he react in time to things. Saying keep playing and you'll get better isn't really helpful as the guy doesn't know how to do the exploits and continuing to play isnt likely to solve that. Yeah timing and everything plays a vital role in the game but everyone who's played it knows its about reaction speed and memorisation, however not everyone knows you can slightly tilt your thumbstick, boost and keep jumping to reach astronomical speeds. All your advice sounds generic to all timing and rhythm games and isn't that relevant to the actual game leading me to think you haven't played this and have no idea what's going beyond just fast gameplay and are giving advice based on games you have played rather than this. it just feels very off topic
just a quick side note, the lowest you can get in this game is E. so speed is still a significant part of the ranking system, as it bumped it up all the way from an E to a B. if anything, anything above a B rank would be too high
Speed and time is not the only thing that defines a good rank, it is necessary to have many rings and defeat several enemies to increase the score and rank
@@supercamario8441 what? That makes no sense, your speed is calculated by... The total time. They don't need you to pass a checkpoint for the GAME to know how fast you are, they just use it as an opportunity to let YOU know. Canonically, he’s probably even faster, the speed cap is nearly 9x that of the speed of the light dash when measured in SPD (I think)-

That camera glitch showed that wow Unleashed isn’t really that crazy fast; the camera does ALL the work (I love Unleashed camera
it actually is really that crazy fast and the camera does a good job of representing that on a game screen in a way you can actually tell
