My level is 103, I’ve gotten scorch emblems before. I just stopped for a while and now it’s giving me BG emblems but on the emblem description it says outfit cyber hunter but it’s in grey and not red like it is for scorch emblems.

You can start getting scorch emblems when you reach Level 80. When you reach level 90, you will get flame emblems instead of scorch emblems. So, if you want to get the cyber hunter, just exchange your flame emblems to scorch emblems. Click use, then it'll take u to the NPC where you can change it.
It's the river styx effect. You'll get it once all your gems (in your core) reach level 10 ❤ You'll get another new effect once you unlock spirit gems.

Was my lvl low(69) I haven't unlock the second option at I'd exchange..
