ha ha I remember a few years back was doing slab survey using rotating laser with staff (or sometimes just a measure tape) and manually putting data on A2 size drawing ... comparing to this method I was like a dinosaur LOL Thanks for the upload!
Hi Negotium! Yeah it's all changing fast, even TS06 becomes a dinosaur's tool now 😊 If you set a robotic one it will do all survey for you as per nice set grid etc. Whatever it is I really love TS06 as you can really do everything with it😁
Hi !! Can you please show us how will look all the points that did you take the masures in Autocad? And is not clear how to check verticality of the pillars! Thanks!!
Sergi, I will soon start site videos so I'll show this. The easiest way to check verticality is to 'shoot' the bottom and top, your co-ords should be the same, when using ref. line your offset should be the same.
Another fine video. I was not clear about in which job did you record all the survey measurement of the floor. Did you created another job or was it included in the same job. You said previously that your method saves the memory of the instrument with this method. Please define it.
Hi, Please is it possible you train someone how to use the Total Station, I already had a degree in Civil Engineering, but am struggling to get work experience. I am based in Essex, so travelling to London shouldn't be an issue for me. I will be eagerly waiting for your response. Thanks
Hi fesocan! Keep looking for junior engineer/ assistant engineer job and you will learn the quickest way after watching my videos about setting out of course😊 I am outside UK now and will be back in few weeks. Thank you so much for your effort engineer!
My pleasure! Happy to have you here in our community 👍👍
Wow this is amazing
Thank you Mani :)
Hi can please tell me can you do levelling with doing face left and face right of the points. Many thanks
Hi! Not really sure what do you mean by that. Once your resection is ready you can use EDM for levels (providing your control targets have set height)
How do you get the height of Instrument
I didn't knew you Can level only on one face. Thanks
Hi One Arder! I always using one face. Sometimes for resection I am using both faces to reduce the error, but 99% I use 1 face :)
