1 pinch salt, 1 pinch white sugar, 1 red chili, 1 pinch black sesame seed, 1 pinch white sesame seed, 5 whole black pepper, few whole corriander seeds.
7 things. Before sleeping Cover your head. 4 times clock wise ,3 times anti clock wise from head to toe.
Flush in toilet. Take bath.noone should see you. 4 -5 weeks.
