On the attribute cycle question: I think you should do it based on the hero's historic attribute, seeing as you're less interested in the hero's current function and more how it has evolved over time. Eventually, you might consider their *current* attribute after TI 12, but honestly, I would still go by their historic.

I mean, you can comfortably go through the massive backlog of heroes before introduction of Universal without worrying about what their current Attribute is for a long time. By the time all 100+ heroes are done, even if Volvo releases new hero and changes their main Attribute, you can continue to treat them by their legacy Attribute to keep consistent system.

You lost fight at 51:10 because your shard procs from lotus. This is a bug in dota also.

I don't think it's a bug as the ability granted by the shard casts arc lightning every time you attack. Lightning hands in any case is not an attack modifier or a basic attack.
But sure, it is very frustrating that it works that way. They definitely should change it

If you get phylactery on Spirit Breaker does the slow and damage instantly apply whenever you use your Q globally?

I don't think so since to proc the slow and extra m.dmg, you need to first deal at least 100 DMG to the target

Just saying "off" will sufice and another preposition is pretty redundant. Ofc, this isn't your problem, it is mine because I kinda cringe whenever I hear it since it is being used everywhere, more and more. It is not gramatically incorrect, it is just redundant.
