Alif is the journey of Momin and Momina, where Momin’s journey is to rediscover his roots and Momina’s journey is to maintain the livelihood of her family by fateful events their paths will join. In Momin’s journey when everyone has left him alone, his grandfather and Momina help him to connect with who he really is. The negativity in his personality has put him on a path where success and glamour meet him but he drifts away from his purpose in life.
On the other hand, Momina agrees to help him because she has recently lost her brother and struggled with emotional trauma, therefore, she understands the difficulties faced by Momin hence she and his grandfather plays the pivotal role to overcome his struggle with past and helps him make peace with memories of his mother.

Watched this masterpiece in 2024 literally I was so peaceful serial. I do calligraphy too through this drama it created a motivation to do more. I cried and cried and cried throughout the entire series, it touched my heart so deeply, also it emphasizes on the significance of SACRIFICE in this life, Allah SWT loves sacrifices, one who makes sacrifices in this life In Sha Allah, he will be rewarded with Jannatul firdous ameen.
This is one of my most fav serials of all time. I come back to watch it over and over again. The ending lines of momina breaks my heart each time, but at the end of the day its the best writer's quality to write a totally unexpected ending. What a spectacular serial, it is...indeed!

Plus they learned from taha-husnejahan's lovelife that they both left their own life paths for the sake of their lover which leaded them nowhere good.

Alif bsss is beautifully written, directed and performed❤❤ ❤
It would have been befitting if they'd shown Momin, visiting his mother's grave at the end and coming to terms with his own anguish and finally forgiving her. However I really appreciate how it ended on an open note as they needed to discover their own core and peace of mind before committing to each other. They both needed to establish themselves first specially Momina wanted to establish her self respect in front of Momin before making any long term commitments. Husn e Jahaan's story was a lesson for her not to blindingly fall in love without thinking of the consequences which made Husn e Jahaan ultimately lose everything she cherished; her first husband and her son 😢 and thankfully Momin understood that and gave her that space.
