Always been a mystery to me why Brotherhood ain't blown yet. They've never failed to impress, Menace & Blaze are two of the hardest spitters in the scene I swear
From 1:30 😳😳🔥🔥🔥🔥 ‘Spells of depression, and sometimes, I wonder if it’s hell where I’m heading, been up nights, had tough times but I’m fine, look I love life but hate the world with aggression..!’ 💥
Wow brotherhood, you guys are among the best out there right now. Seriously, that unique flow, intelligent bars, talking about the realness out there. Got this grime revived on replay!
Just started spitting a few bars some people have motivated to do more, would appreciate it if you could listen if u have the time, apologise about the quality before hand 🙏
+Deaunte Wilkes I know what Grime is, but I don't get why it should be considered it's own genre rather than another style of UKHH. Especially since Grime MCs are now dropping their nursery rhyme flow for something more refined that owes much to UKHH pioneers.
Obviously at times there are similarities but proper grime has a distinctive sound from hip hop and is more close to uk garage if anything. This is definitely closer to grime than hip hop. Even from the start grime had a few technical rappers also
+Deaunte Wilkes I don't think it is all that distinctive at all - there is no set Hip Hop style, flow or tempo. There's stuff from 20 years ago that could have been made yesterday and labelled Grime. They are both small scenes and there's strength in numbers.
that's because some of modern grime has more of a hip hop/ trap sound. The original iconic grime beats and songs are definitely different. The tempo/percussion and a few others things help tell the two apart majority of the time
Underated asf
These man are being slept on. Hard

Why is this Grime rather than just UK Hip Hop?
the instrumental and flows are grime styled
