As a person who works in the hotel industry I can guarantee you the first thing the police will do is get a copy of the footage from the hotel I hope she is okay but I also hope that they don't stay together clearly they are toxic to each other.

Even if Brian had nothing to do with Gabby’s disappearance, he left without her somewhere and drove her van back to Florida. He was faced with a decision when her family tried to contact him to get ahold of her. Assuming he didn’t murder her, he still chose to protect himself instead of potentially getting her help, and I think that makes him complicit. Idk about in the eyes of the law, but in the court of public opinion he had a responsibility to tell her family what he knew and if she’s dead now then some of that blood is on his hands.

    • @falconawesome

Yeah… I wish they found her and everything’s okay, but it’s been awhile. And it kinda looks like he sent a text pretending to be her? He’s either in some hardcore denial and not doing anything to help/catch her killer, or he killed her (accidentally or otherwise) and just had no hecking idea what to do next.

Or, that's something that a competent lawyer tells their client regardless of if ultimately guilty or not guilty, and your statement is baseless. People who are ultimately guilty, AND people who are ultimately not guilty both get this advice. People who are ultimately guilty, AND people who are ultimately not guilty follow this advice.
(IRRESPECTIVE of Laundry is guilty or not, I'm not sorry, I gotta call out this bad logic. SOMEONE IS NOT GUILTY MERELY BECASUE THEY EXERCISE THE RIGHTS AFFORDED TO THEM UNDER THE LAW, which is exactly what you are suggesting. That's not how it works.)

I don’t blame the bf at all for not talking to the cops. If the police had no case, and the bf were nothing but helpful, the police would still use everything the bf says to defame him in the media and ruin his life. The cops are experts at spinning a narrative to ruin someone in the court of public opinion.

We will have to wait and see. Too early to make judgement. You hike along a trail, your s/o slips off the trail, falls off a cliff, gets washed down a river.
So now, do you go straight to the police? Or maybe do you think that after the domestic violence call, it'll be assumed that you murdered her, and that since people can be charged without a body or really any direct evidence, you decide to let the lawyers talk for you.

At night with friends we went on someone’s lawn who had maybe 6 or 7 of them, stole them, put them in the trunk, went home to grab my wet suit, went to the middle of town where there’s a tiny island in the middle of the river, in front of one of the biggest bridges. Took the service ladder down into the river with 2 gnomes in a backpack, then another 2, and another 2, while my friends were making a sign. I spread the gnomes like a family with the sign in front of them saying “Finally we are free!”, then went back up the ladder, only to see all my friends gone and the cops waiting for me. People were clapping and booing the cops from the bridge 😄 I had to go down and up again to get them back, I was dead, then brought them back to the house, apologized to the owner who didn’t really know what to say, then my dad had to come get me at the police station in the middle of the night in my wet suit. He was dying laughing. One of the funniest nights of my life. I became a legend in my college for a few weeks 🤣

Regarding Nikita Dragun, what she’s doing isn’t outing people as gay, because in no sane world is a man being interested in such a hyperfeminine person a sign of homosexuality. Rather, she’s likely trying to out them as “chasers,” that is, men who fetishize trans women. Even beyond that, there is a very real stigma around men who are interested in trans women: if I were ever to date a trans woman, which I am open to, I know that I could not tell quite a few members of my family about it without ridicule. In regards to the Nikita Dragon thing: As a trans guy, to say it's an "outing" because she's trans is definitely transphobic and only feeds into stigma around dating trans people, especially for straight, trans attracted black men. That stigma being acknowledged, Nikita should absolutely know better. If she didn't want to be in a relationship where she was a secret, she had 25 years of opportunity to choose literally anybody but this man. Idk the whole situation, I have not and do not want to read the DM's, but if somebody doesnt want to share their relationship status, they have a reason for it. To throw a tantrum and ambush them by leaking private messages to the entire world confirming your relationship is just violating, irresponsible, reckless, and cruel. Sure, maybe it's a toxic boundary for her, but what you do then is you end it. You do not act maliciously to risk somebody's personal relationships, professional reputation, and maybe even personal safety and mental health, over ROMANTIC DRAMA. Tiga literally is a target for homophobia and transphobia now, maybe even by people in his personal life and family, and it's just because this girl wanted to try and act all cool and cut-throat instead of taking personal accountability.
Edit: If you came here to have a "fun" debate with a trans person on whether or not trans people are "really" their gender, do not bother. Yes, you are transphobic. And no, i do not owe it to you to listen. I do not debate with you about if youre "actually" a veteran if you werent deployed, I do not debate with you about if you are "actually" part of a family because you were adopted, or if you were "actually" kidnapped because technically you entered the van willingly. You do not get to debate with me about the validity of my intimate life and experiences either. That is an invasion and a line crossed. This topic is deeply personal. Sexuality, sex, and gender are separate things. If you disagree, go google it yourself because I dont have the time to entertain your cringey, pseudo-intellectual dick swinging. If tiga says he is straight, then he is straight. That is HIS sexuality to define, HIS experience, NOT yours. Some things just are not valid for you to debate about, because your perspective holds 0 validity when it comes to a label somebody identifies with based on the complexity of their own human experience and manner of attraction. Straights and gays all experience attraction slightly differently from one another, and so they can quantify that experience with whatever label they think fits best. Mind your own genitals.

When the cops asked her why she slapped him, she literally said “so he would stop telling me to calm down” UMM HELLO if my bipolar ex told a cop that’s why he hit me, this would not be considered a mental health break it would be assault.
They literally mentioned on cam that they don’t think she’s a threat because she’s 110lbs when he has scratches all over his face and they both admitted she was hitting him while DRIVING. That’s nuts. This is why men in abusive relationships don’t report it either because the woman isn’t considered a real threat. He probably ditched her somewhere and I truly hope she’s safe and gets the help she needs.

That was a great point that any citizen would’ve been charged with aggravated assault. But no accountability ‘cause they’re cops. ‘You gotta maintain a monopoly over force.’
Only that monopoly over force is sounding more and more like tyranny. Those cops deserve equal and equivalent retaliation, but no one who would deliver it deserves what would obviously come next.

Not being "claimed publicly" isn't a trans issue. Lots of women are not claimed publicly for lots of different reasons. She used being trans as a weapon to effect Tyga's image.
edit: ive seen comments from trans people saying using the word "outed" is transphobic. id argue she knew very well what she was doing and if anything she displayed transphobic behavior. she knew outing could bring him negative energy and still did it.
